Optaderm's Policy

Promotions and offers cannot be combined. Late arrival for appointment may reduce  treatment time, or result in cancellation for the improper notice. A 50% deposit of our services is required at the time of booking for new clients to guarantee their appointment. Returns must be verified and authorized by the spa supervisor. Minimum of 48hrs notice for cancellation or re-booking. 50% non refundable cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card or deducted from your deposits or gift certificate values for notices less than 48 hrs. Exchange on services by approval only. NO exchange or refund on skin care & cosmetic lines. Optaderm policies, promotions, offers and prices are subject to change or cancel at any time without notice. GST is not included in any of our prices.
